6:00 – 8:00 ~ Dinner @ Toyama Sushi (375 Water Street)
After dinner, the Anonymous Christmas Gift Exchange Event will take place. The rules for the gift exchange can be found below.
8:50 – 11:00 ~ Ghibli Film: “Whisper of the Heart” @ Pacific Cinematheque (1131 Howe Street)
If this is your first time watching a movie at The Cinemathique, you will be required to pay an additional 3 dollars at the door on Saturday. The Cinemathique requires that every individual viewing showings be one of their members. This 3 dollars is to pay for that (you can ignore this if you are already a member).
For those who have not done so yet, it is strongly recommended you purchase your tickets online before the showing. There is a possibility that the show may sell out, and you will be unable to watch the movie.
If you purchased your ticket through us, you will be able to pick up your ticket at the ticket booth as we walk into the theatre.
RULES FOR THE GIFT EXCHANGE
– Bring a WRAPPED gift valued at between $10-$15. Do not put any names anywhere on the package. Some ideas for gifts are anime-related merchandise, manga, chocolates, etc.
– All gifts will be piled together and each person who has brought a gift will receive a random one back. 🙂
– Please be considerate and do not bring any of the following as gifts: gag/joke gifts, adult material, harmful/dangerous objects, etc.
